A small corner of paradise in the land of Teranga

Senegal, countries teranga

Staying in Senegal, one is inevitably affected by the Teranga (hospitality) simple, humble and warm which is given to travelers. How many hellos hand, smiles, greetings, clenched hands throughout the day? hundreds, thousands of times contact is possible, easy.

This hospitality and solidarity is total in the villages.
In large cities where the modern world imposes constraints, these values start to crumble. Let us hope that the trend will not accelerate because these are human values that help keep the standing Africa despite all the difficulties.

The Senegal knows some climatic variations between regions, but in general, the Senegalese climate is mild.

In general, during your trip to Senegal you'll face two seasons.
A dry season from November to May and a rainy season from June to October.

The dry season, before the month of February is the ideal time to visit Senegal because of the mild temperatures (around 25 °).
